What level of wine knowledge is required to use your tools?

We try to find the perfect balance between accessible tools yet technical enough. You can therefore use our tools wether you are a novice or a more advanced wine students.

Can your tools help to achieve WSET levels? Which levels?

Definitely. We recommend them as support resources from level 2 to Diploma.

Are your workbooks and maps available in digital?

We don't offer ebooks or digital versions of our workbooks and maps. We wish to keep control over the quality and ownership of the content. However, we are working on a digital app, stay tuned!

How do preorders work?

Before launching a new product, we usually make it available for preorder at a preferred price. We communicate all delivery details on the product page. And you'd just have to be a little patient! πŸ™ƒ We always inform you in case of any changes.

If you ordered one product on preorder, and other products already available, we will ship them all at the same time :

  • if you are outside of France
  • if the date of delivery of the preorder is less than two weeks.

Shipping, cancelation, return

How do you ship?

We use two partners: Colissimo for a delivery at your door, and Mondial Relay for in-store pickup. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel my order before receiving it?

This is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Definitely contact us to know if you still have time to cancel it!

Can I return my order after receiving it?

If you don't like your order πŸ₯Ί you can return it, provided that the products have not been used or damaged. Contact us to organise the return.

You will be refunded once we receive your order back at the office.

However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order as been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link.

You will be able to follow your delivery through our partners dedicated page, and you will be informed of any important steps (e.g. your order has been delivered).

My order appears as delivered, but I don't have it, how can I do?

In the case of home delivery, your order might be waiting at your local post office, as you were probably absent at the time of delivery. This is usually indicated on your tracking link.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Please contact us, we will be happy to send your invoice by email (1-2 business days).

What payment methods are accepted?
